exchanges & change of mind

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product you must return the goods within 14 days of delivery receipt. We will gladly assist you in choosing an alternative from our collection. We will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once original goods are returned. We request that all items for exchange are returned to ambient living in the same care & condition as they were received & delivered. It's mandatory that the items are unused & unworn with tags & packaging still intact. ambient living reserves the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.

note: all postage cost for exchange & change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

"SALE" items are non-exchangeable or refundable.

return authorisation

Upon your notification we will issue you with a return authorisation number (RA#). We strongly recommend that all return items be sent via a traceable method. We are unable to guarantee an exchange without the returned purchase. Ensure that all items are well packed & clearly marked to the attention of:

Please display your RA# on the outside of the package, this will enable immediate attention & processing.

damaged items

We make a point of thoroughly checking all products prior to packing to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. However damage can unfortunately sometimes occur in transit, although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are professionally packed and breakable products clearly marked fragile to avoid this. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, ambient living cannot accept responsibility for any damaged goods.

note: should your purchase arrived damaged or broken,  please contact ambient living within 48 hours. We will address this matter on your behalf with the freight company.

faulty items

If the product is faulty, notify ambient living in writing within 14 days of delivery receipt. We will then make arrangements with you to return the faulty goods for either credit or exchange. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by ambient living.

stock availability

On the occasions we are unable to complete your order we will notify you within 2 business working days. We will inform you via email of the expected delivery schedule for the out of stock item, allowing you to then decide what best suits your shopping needs.
