shipping & delivery

We use the services of  Fastway Couriers & Australia Post for all our shipping requirements in Australia. This provides a secure way of shipping your purchase to you or the lucky gift receiver. Each order can be tracked with a tracking number, no matter where it is transit.

note: no deliveries are made on the weekend or public holidays. Any orders placed to ambientliving.com.au will be dispatched the next business day.

note: as a signature is required we cannot send any goods to PO Boxes.

Fastway Couriers

Deliver during business hours & require a signature upon delivery. We therefore suggest a work address or address where someone is present to collect & sign for the parcel.

Australia Post

A signature is required upon delivery, If you are not home to collect the parcel a post office notification is left, for your later collection.

Should you wish to collect your shopping bags & gifts from our premises, please ensure that you have made an appointment time for collection with ambient living.

damaged & lost

ambient living is not responsible for the gift delivery, we  have taken every precaution to ensure the goods are professionally packed & breakable products are clearly marked fragile for a safe delivery. We however cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft, damage in transit or a parcel not arriving on time.

note: should your purchase arrive damaged or broken, please contact ambient living within 48 hours - We will address this matter on your behalf with the freight company.

special deliveries & instructions

If you wish to send a hospital or corporate gift, Fastway Couriers will obtain a signature from the most appropriate person & leave the gift.

Please ensure when sending a gift to a hospital, that the patient hasn't already been discharged.

We understand that not all delivery situations are straightforward, if you have special delivery instructions,  contact us on either  0412 571 304 or 0417 261 368. We will try to accommodate your request if possible.
