charisma of the pomegranate tree

As a young girl, Sunday lunches were a family tradition spent at my grandparent's farm. Simple afternoons of climbing and eating from the abundance of fruit trees particularly in the summer-time, with my favourite being the ambient pomegranate.

As a real "girlie girl" I have always loved experimenting with make-up. I would delight in smothering the vibrant juice from the ripened seeds onto my lips & the apples of my cheeks. Often my nonno (grandfather) would witness this spectacular ritual of mine, and on those occasions I definitely tested his Sicilian temper.

At that time, I had no real appreciation or understanding for the natural and organic wealth that was being hand grown before me.

Years later whilst researching my own skin sensitivity, the very importance & benefits of feeding your skin with natural botanicals was brought home to me. I really believe that many of us are completely unaware of the effects of commonly used ingredients in our body products.

Just as my nonno was passionate about his vast organic orchard, I’m equally passionate and committed to sourcing natural organic skin and body products.
